Human Resource/ Administrative officer to add onto our human resource.


Position: Procurement Officer

Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Officer to join our team. The successful
candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring the timely and cost
effective acquisition of goods and services required for our operations.


Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement procurement strategies and policies.
• Identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships.
• Prepare and process purchase orders, requisitions, and other procurement documents.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure timely availability of required materials.
• Ensure compliance with organizational and donor procurement policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with various departments to understand their procurement needs and provide support.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all procurement activities.
• Assist in budget preparation and cost analysis for procurement activities.


Qualifications and Experience:
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in procurement or a related field.
• Experience working with non-governmental organizations (NGOs) will be an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement software.
• Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
(Bachelor’s degree is an added advantage)

team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing HR functions and administrative tasks to
ensure the efficient operation of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and
onboarding.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Provide support and guidance to staff on HR-related issues.
• Conduct performance appraisals and support staff development and training.
• Manage office administration tasks, including procurement of office supplies and equipment.
• Coordinate and organize meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all HR and administrative activities.
• Assist in budget preparation and cost analysis for HR and administrative activities.
